A new article has been published in Social Science Computer Review on the CAP Babel Machine. The authors (Miklós Sebők, Ákos Máté, Orsolya Ring, Viktor Kovács, Richárd Lehoczki) present a no-code, low-cost solution to the Comparative Agendas policy topic classification problem for dozens of languages and a variety of domains from media articles to legislative speeches.
